The service
Split With Friends is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor, accountant, or financial adviser. It does not transfer money or guarantee that another person will pay you.
Your responsibility
Review receipt scans, participants, split amounts, currencies, and settlements before saving. You are responsible for information you enter, share, or act on.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate another person, access a group without permission, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You confirm that you have permission to use and share it, and grant Split With Friends a limited permission to host, transmit, process, and display it only as needed to operate the service for you and your group.
Subscriptions
Subscription and one-time purchase terms, prices, renewals, and cancellation are presented by Apple at purchase. Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple account. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Availability
Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Keep independent records for information you cannot afford to lose.
